Who we are
ON Food is a cloud kitchen operated by Organic Nutritious Food, based in Kalaburagi, Karnataka. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 78996 66088 or by email at contact@onfoodfresh.com.
What we collect
When you place an order you share your name, delivery address, pincode and phone number with us over WhatsApp, and sometimes your email. We only collect what we need to pack and deliver your order and to reply to your messages.
Your basket is stored on your own device, in your browser, so it isn't lost while you shop. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Visitor numbers
We count how many people open this website, which pages they read and whether they came from Google, Instagram or somewhere else. That counting happens entirely on our own server — nothing is sent to any other company.
We keep totals only. There is no visitor list, no profile and no advertising. We don't store your IP address, and the count uses no cookies, which is why this site never asks you to accept any.
How we use your information
We use your details to confirm availability, quote delivery charges, dispatch your order and stay in touch about it. We may message you about the status of your order. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner only, so they can deliver your order. We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Payments
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before any payment. Payment is by UPI or cash on delivery. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details you've shared with us at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or email. Clearing your browser data removes the basket saved on your device.
Terms of use
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to availability. Adding items to your basket is a request to order, not a confirmed sale — we confirm final price, packing and delivery with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Everything is hand-made to order, so size, colour and thickness vary a little from roti to roti. That is what handmade food looks like, and it is not a defect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
